What’s new in CCQ ?
March 16, 2018Our development team is constantly working on new features and improvements to add to the CCQ system, and now yet another update has been released. Most notably, the new version brings modifications to the Asset Management module and the dashboard.
- The headline feature here is the ability to export a record of data processing activities in your software and IT assets, as well as details on data controllers and processors. This enables you to quickly present cold hard data, and demonstrate compliance with the GDPR regulation when supervisory authorities come knocking on your door.
- In addition to the default registration templates that you use to register your various assets, you now have the ability to create your own reusable Document templates. This is incredibly valuable when classifying assets that are very distinctive or specific to a certain industry. A similar feature has also been made available in the Incidents & Complaints module, as users can now create custom templates for the registration of incidents. This allows them to categorize and filter incidents more specifically.
- We've made substantial changes to how you control and customize the layout of the dashboard and what's more, in this update we've added six different Asset Management tables to the dashboard for better overview.
